    I have this same problem, but with a new build. I've tried replacing the video card, cpu, and memory but I still get the 'no input' window on the monitor. The monitor works just fine too on my old computer, it's just very odd.

    I would recommend getting a P4C instead of a Prescott-- see here. They use more power than their predecessors and usually don't perform as well.
