If this isn't the proper forum, mods feel free to move/delete. I recently made an order at FrozenCPU for a Thermaltake case, some cables, cooling supplies, and of course, a case of Bawls
. Now, I've ordered from FrozenCPU in the past with no problems. Now I've actually run into one, and am curious on how everyone thinks I should proceed
.
I placed my order with them on the 20th, my goodies arrived on the 26th, EXCEPT the case of Bawls. Since FedEx tracking said it was delivered, I decided to inquire further. I sent an e-mail to FrozenCPU asking if the Bawls case was just shipped in a different package. No response. I wait a few days (since they usually respond within the same day), and send mail again. Nadda.
Normally, I'd just go "oh well," and count it as a strike against the business. But I'm missing my $34.99 case of Bawls
. So I suppose the question arises is: do I forget about it, call and rant, wait?
Just curious what everyone else thinks
