Is there crosstalk on those cables? cuz looking at the diagram, there should be crosstalk because the pairs are not twisted upon eachothermich43L said:I recently purchased this because I was looking for very small wires to use for a mod. The wireles are 32 awg, stranded, copper, with stress relief. They are 4 twisted pairs so it will work on a gigabit network but what makes the cable really thin is that it doesn't have shielding (UTP_. I bought mine from here:

The only thing that puzzles me on that page is what's the difference between the cat-5 E UTP and cat-6 UTP cable?
You're right, the pairs are not twisted around one another. Each twisted pair runs in parallel. And I can't tell you if there is crosstalk because I haven't used it long enough before I cut it upkilla62 said:Is there crosstalk on those cables? cuz looking at the diagram, there should be crosstalk because the pairs are not twisted upon eachother
