after installing xp sp2 on a prescott p4, my brother said his computer wont boot into windows, and he cant even get it to get in with safe mode. is there a way to fix this. i thought i remembering seeing an article about how there is a patch you should use before installing sp2 on a prescott. he is trying to keep his files that are stored in my documents and if he jsut re-installs his os its going to erase all of them. thanks in advance.
