XP just started auto locking? how do I disable?

Hi folks,

For some reason XP has started auto locking the console after about 1 minute of inactivity, needing me to enter my password if I leave the keyboard for any length of time.

I dont know how its become active but I would like to turn it off. WHere is the function located?

Check your screensaver settings and power settings. Uncheck "On resume, password protect"
 
That was the first thing I checked, then I got stumped!
