Hey guys. Just got my ATI X800Pro card this evening (love this card).

Quick question: what is the typical normal temp range I should be seeing with this card at idle (in 2d) and under full load?

Just curious, I'm about to start ramping up the core & memory speed but don't want to push the temps too far.

you should idle ~40C, load ~70C
im getting 34C idle, 51Cload with a modded vga silencer
put on the stock silencer got 37 idle, 62 load

Perfect, those are pretty much the exact temps I'm seeing. Thanks for the info!

I switched the stock thermal compound out with Artic Silver 5 and I noticed that my temps dropped under load to about 64-65C even overclocked. Not too bad.

Nice job. :) We're did you get that dual fan card that your using for extra cooling?
it the vantec fan card, doesn't move to much air but i had it lying around. and 80mm fan mounted directly onto the HS is alot better but just a little ghettofied

SirFragAlot, yeah i slapped on some AS5 and got about 2-3C drop on load
