Anyone have any clue as to when they're coming out? I would assume that they're waiting until they can get USB 3 and/or SATA 6Gb/s on it. October? I'd like to pair one with a 920 but Intel is planning on discontinuing them so if I wait too long I've got a board without a chip...
 
is this going to be the new chipset for the gulftown chips? is it just an modified X58?
 
The X58A boards he's referring to are Gigabyte's new line of X58 boards that will feature newer 24 phase power, like on their new P55 boards.

They should be out very shortly ;)

I've also heard rumors of SATA 3 on the new boards :p

ahh i thought it might of been a new chipset revision or something
 
Well SATA 3 would be nice but we dont have anything to use that kind of bandwidth yet, so im not in a big rush.
