X-Fi Titanium problems

I can't seem to get the x-fi titanium to output to my sub woofer. I've tried fiddling with the sub redirection, but it doesn't seem to work. Am I supposed to set the cross over frequency in the sub redirection in the program to the same value as the one on my sub?

Also, the only time I hear sounds from my sub is the noise test in the THX setup console. All the console noise tests does not output sound to my sub. Right now, I'm not getting sub in music or games.
