• Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

Hi all!
I have a brand-new, open-box graphics card. The box was opened only for inspection, the card itself has never been used and has been kept in its original packaging ever since.
Asking $2,000 + shipping (or local pickup).

Scam. Pics pulled from a 7 month old Swappa post.

https://swappa.com/listing/view/LZCZ74293

Also, OP has zero FS history here, email just changed, and if you zoom in on the writing on the paper, it has grid lines around it from where it's superimposed on the previous image.

Not so nice try, OP.
Good job champ 🏆 saved a H member a lot of headache potentially 👍

Kind of worrying that OP has 2FA enabled and is still a scam post
Because the account didn't have 2FA when it was compromised today. The scammer changed the account's email, then enabled 2FA to seem legit.

So a good lesson that 2FA isn't the only factor to look at, and it's nice to know when mods like Crosshairs posts that they just changed their email today, all but confirming it's a scam.

I still can't believe these guys try this on a PC forum where we are more on guard and know what to look for.

Exactly right...Thank you for putting in the work finding those pictures and thanks to DooKey who reported this earlier. I'm out and about so I was trying to do a little investigating, but its not easy to do on a phone when your old and your eyes are tired.. :)

OP is now banned, hopefully no one lost any money on this.
Thanks again to all of you guys for looking out for each other.

Still slips through the cracks though. Don't remember the last time someone got successfully scammed by these turds...But we're definitely not lock tight. Appreciate everyone looking out for one another.

Awesome work from the community here. Not gonna lie if I see 2fa I would have let my guard down a bit.

Wow. Good catch! (for reference, I wasn't going to purchase it. Just spent a ton of money upgrading to a 9800X3D)

Late to the party..... but a small discrepancy, was stated as new, never installed but there are mounting screw marks on the back plate which is a give away to look for.
