how old are you looking for? I have a Dell C400 w/ a recent RAM upgrade (i think 512), it's running genuine XP with COA on the bottom. I also have the detachable CD drive and power cord. Battery doesn't hold much of a charge from what I remember. Everything is in used but working condition.
 
I have an IBM T22 (working) and an IBM 600x (needs CMOS battery). Both with chargers. I also have many 256MB PC100/PC133 memory modules as well as 2 x 20GB IDE laptop HDDs.

i know you said not lemons, but i have a pile of 16 laptops, unknown if they work or not because the memory, drives, and batterys are pulled. mostly hp and ibms, core2ish age iirc. interested? if not, free bumpage!
