Looking for a Cheap Netbook. Will also accept ones with broken screens.

Looking for 10inch for sure.
 
If you're willing to spend $200 you can get really nice Dell Mini 10 - 1012 netbooks refurbed from the Dell Outlet with the current 20% coupons.

I had one in my cart for $186 shipped...
