I'm looking for a mATX Socket 939 motherboard

Must have:
pci express slot
GigE
at least 4 SATA ports
compatibility with ubuntu


Let me know what you have!

Ideally I'm looking to spend about $30 dollars but it is hard to get a feel for the market on these boards

edit: also looking for a matx case local to seatac area
