I'm looking for someone who want to sell a HTPC..

I really just need it to have WIFI, 1080p, HDMI audio / video (audio through HDMI), and be able to stream netflix HD with no shutter etc.
Size isn't a huge concern. Anything micro ATX and under.

Looking to spend 300 or under ($350 and i can build one on egg.. as you probably know).

I have a Seagate Free Agent Theater+ with a wifi adapter and harmony remote.
It can do WIFI, 1080p, HDMI audio / video (audio through HDMI), and be able to stream netflix HD with no shutter .

FYI
the next version of silverlight is supposed to add more HW acceleration features, allowing stuff like the E350 etc, to be able to play netflix in HD. My understanding is it should be out in the next few weeks.
