WTB: GPU with HDMI out

I'm looking for a gpu for my HTPC. I want something with HDMI out. the current card I have now is rather old and I need a 2 pin spdif cable for it.

My budget is around 40 on the gpu and looking for a card that is at least 1gb.

Also if anybody has a 2 pin spdif cable for a gpu Im interested.

If that falls through, I have a PNY active-cooled, GeForce 610, 1 GB DDR3, half-height GPU. VGA, DVI, and HDMI. Only used for about two months.
