I'm thinking ideally a 2500k and 8 gigs of DDR3. Somewhat flexible on the motherboard but would like SATA 6gb/s support. Would mostly just like to get to a socket that isn't dead but 1366 stuff etc will not be ignored for a great deal. I've accepted that doing anything with my existing 775 stuff is a waste of time and money. AMD is also welcome in the same performance range.

Long shot, but would also be interested in a Striker II Extreme if someone has one sitting around lol.

Edit - Realized I'm a little more picky than I thought - I would like a second PCI-E 16 slot just in case I decide to go crossfire and USB3.0 headers. Also looking around for a 5850 if anyone has one.
