Something I can build a spare PC in.

I need s478, something around $150, definitely <$200.
One feature I would like is a built-in heatsink solution like heatpipes.

I have heat under the same name a whole 2 positive reviews. I don't trade like this much but I've had the account for more than 2 years.

Please let me know.
