As the title indicates, I am looking for a 9070XT at or near MSRP. I am willing to F&F for folks with good trading rep, and pay MSRP+tax or a little higher. I’m not in a huge rush so I am willing to be patient. 77573 is my zip for local.

You might want to clarify whether you're talking about launch MSRP or tariff MSRP, since the former is pretty much non-existent now.
