I'm setting up a new home theater I decided to go with AudioEngine 5 as my fronts and a Yamaha HTR-6040 as my receiver.

Audioengine 5:

Yamaha HTR-6040:

I just realized that the speakers have a built-in amp and not designed to be used with an amp/receiver unless you have a pre-amp out.

What are my options if I want to keep the existing hardware?

Will I have to buy either a new speakers or a new receiver to get this to work?

Thanks.
