Anybody got some good tweaks for this game? It's running pretty choppy on my pc and I was wondering what the slow down is from. Or is it a server side problem? What Nvidia drivers work best?

would be alot easier if you stated your system specs then maybe sonebody could tell you what you should do

I have the same problem as you and my comp specs are almost like yours. Sometimes when i duel or do intances like SM or Gnomeregan it would become choppy during fight I don't know if it matters but im runnig WoW in window mode instead of fullscreen.
 
Turn down your view terrain distance and view object distance to about half or a bit more on each. That's what I do and it runs perfectly.
 
my system is similar to yours, i turned my terrain view distance from max to half, left everything else at max and i run muuuchh smoother. i ordered a gig of ram today, so hopefully i won't die so much in Ironforge now.
