Hello,
Tried searching for a program that will capture WMV. Are there any out there (free)? Thanks!
 
More info please.... do you wanna capture video and convert it to WMV ?

Most video editing programs will capture video and then you can save it as WMV, MPEG, RM, etc...

If not... I'm not sure what you're asking...
