Sorry Im not sure if this is where to post this but I am looking for a nice little program that can be set to check for wireless network connectivity and strength. My school has several networks and several over lapping and i want to be able to see when a different network is available to connect to with a better strength and speed. I do not like the windows one it constantly switches to my neighbors network even though my home one is set to default and prefered.

use the utility that comes with your wireless card. It will lock you into a preferred network. Also the windows zero wireless config has a list of preferred networks and options on what to do if it encounters multiple networks within range.
