Windows Raid software... ?

i have a shuttle sn45g, and want to raid just one folder to a backup hard drive (80gb main/OS , 200gb backup)

since my shuttle only has one pci slot, my options are limited, im planning on buying a ide Raid controller to occupy it, so i can run RAID-0 with two 80gb drives, and the 200gb just use the onboard Ide controller...

is there a program that i can assign it to duplicate a folder to a seperated drive like every night or whenever i set the date?
sorda like a RAID-1 for a folder..

cause i update and save a lot of important files/drivers/music, and i constantly delete and modify too much to do it by hand.

i vaguley remember that there was a linux program that does this, but required a seperate computer, i wanna keep it all in one machine,

is there something different where it will copy folder to folder, so i can still acess the backed up folder

go to a cmd prompt and type "robocopy /?" ........... there should also be a robocopy.doc file on your system detailing all the cmd line switches as well.

I used to use that back up feature and it worked fine for what I needed at the time.

I think you can do RAID 1 with dynamic disks, can you not?
