I just did a complete reboot and I was wondering how you change what folder windows explorer opens too. I had this tweak done before and remember you have to change the target in the shortcut but I don't remember to what? (I would like it to open into my C: drive.)
 
In the Explorer property sheet use this path and switches in the target:

C:\windows\explorer.exe /n,/e,c:\
