Im building a 1U server, and the 1U case only came with a 200W PSU.

This is the spec:

P4 2.8ghz
Intel mobo
1gb DDR
1x 80gb IDE

Will that be enough to power it?
 
Yes. But you can try it and see anyway. I've got a shuttle box @ 3.6ghz on a 200 watter.
