Why is the bitcoin mining factor chart not updated?

Simple, use their own calculator to find the BTC per 24 hours and multiply that by the price in USD.
 
I found what I was looking for on another forum:

Expected payout is h*t*B/(D*2^32).

In this formula, h is hashrate, t is time, B is block reward, and D is difficulty.
