Since my new powermac is on the way I will be needing a USB KVM. One that supports audio and a mic would be great. Only need it for 2 computers.
I did find a nice one from Belkin that looked like it would work but it said windows only.

I could also use a print server. Does'nt have to be wireless. Since it will be plugged into a wireless router. Just needs to work with PC's and Mac. Printer is an HP Photosmart 1215. I have read that with macs the printers used with print servers need to be post script printers? Whatever the case it needs to work with my printer and be able to print photos.
 
The Belkin KVM is nice but expensive and does'nt include cables. Hopefully I can find something cheaper that will work.

I have one of these for 2 pcs, but they say it works for mac & sun as well. They also list it on their page of mac mini accessories. It doesnt support switching a mic though. It uses a double tap of scroll lock to switch between machines - i heard in some forum somebody complaining about theirs because their apple kb didnt have scroll lock and the alternate keys werent working. I would check the manual to see what it says you are supposed to do, before you buy one.
 
I'd say stay away from the belkin


It's highly annoying... basically it beeps if nothing is plugged into it (ie JUST a monitor switch)

they have serious problems recognizing the console keyboard / mouse most of the time (you have to use the "USB Hub" part to work)

Plus they fail.


We've had several here that are in the scrap heap now because all they do is sit on Input 1 and beep incessantly no matter what we do.
