which fastastico-installed php software is best for our needs?

My parents are starting their own small business and I am helping them with their website. I am no web developer. I pretty much know some html I learned a long time ago and thats it. The hosting I got them came with cpanel and fantastico, which I know has all these php based sites that can be installed in a few clicks. I don't mind having to download one and ftp it to the site and install it if someone suggests one that they feel would suit me better than any of the ones I have listed.

All they really need is a professional looking 4 or 5 page informational site, where they can easily change and modify the information via an administration section. I know a lot of you would say I probably don't need a php site for something like this, I could just whip something up in html. The problem is again, I am no web developer, and if I whipped something up in html, it would probably look like shit. One of the top priorities here is that it looks professional. I also want them to be able to modify the info through an administration panel, so they won't have to update files in something like frontpage or dreamweaver, and have to ftp it up.

I tried to start them off with mambo because I've heard great things about it, but I think it is really overkill for what they need, and I am finding it to be a bit confusing to configure to our needs.

So, the following is a list of what I can install easily. If there is something you think will fit our needs better that isn't on the list, be my guest to suggest it.
