bought item from fs forum, funds clear 8-27-08 using paypal, didnt hear anything so i pm him on 9-03-08 , 24 hrs later still nothing. his heat has 33 pos 0 neg and member of this forum for a long time. he even helped me getting my address confirmed with paypal. i dont want to mentions names yet, in case its a misunderstanding, i know people have lives. so, when should i be concerned?

edit, i noticed he bumped his fs thread within the last 24 hrs..
 
Don't assume the worst yet. If he hasn't logged in then he won't be able to see his messages. Try sending him an e-mail. If he's been ignoring your messages then prepare to contact PayPal. How much money did you send him?

Post this on his fs thread. That's the best way to get his attention before he takes care of any other customers. That's your collateral. Personally, I don't think someone would stoop low for $60. $600, maybe.
 
I am the one he is referencing. I have responded to his email. I am admitting to my tardiness in shipping the item. It has shipped and I will forward lrwatson a tracking#. I will also refund him the cost of shipping as he should not incur that cost if I have been late in my obligation to ship the item to him. As others I have traded with can attest to, I usually ship promptly and will make up for my mistakes. I hope lrwatson and I can make this right and possibly do business again
