Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Need use-case context here, OP. Check out crimsonyoshi's post up above kirbyjr's.
That being said, here's the AMD side:
If you stretch your budget just a little bit more, you could score HD7770s all day long for ~$60-70.
No-Exceed $60 option: HD7750s, even 2GB ones.
7750s and 7770s will do you quite nicely as a 2-way work/play option. Not up on the NVidia stuff, so perhaps we could get someone to post options there.

Edit: 7750 = R7 260, 7770 = R7 260X
@Kirby's query - The GTX570s are about $100 and up. AMD's option @ $100 used is the 7850, and it's surprisingly close to the 570 for performance.
