The answer is simple. Try both. Use whichever you like best. Just, be sure to give each a proper amount of time, you can't figure out which browser you would prefer best just by using them each for 5 minutes straight (Opera takes a little getting used to especially. You seriously need to use it for a few days to get the hang of all the really nice things it does such as mouse guestures, PROPER tabbed browsing that not only requires no extentions, but, works CORRECTLY with scripts, etc. Even with extentions to finally force tabbed browsing in Firefox, you run into rather annoying issues with scripts where things such as close window buttons don't work and sometimes a new window opened by a script won't even load at all.)

I do recommend against using any form of Netscape though. Firefox is based originally on netscape, but, now it is FAR better than netscape ever was and, more importantly, minus all that horrible unnecessary bloat. Like lomn75 was saying, Netscape is just a rebranded Mozilla these days. Originally Mozilla was based on released netscape code, but, since mozilla became so good, they got lazy and started just taking the mozilla code, inserting bloat and bugs into the code, and then naming it Netscape. I'm not kidding or exagerating. Ok, they didn't put the bugs in on purpose, but, you get the idea.
