Hey guys,

I was wondering is there a program that i can get a few video clips and make them into a DVD?? and easy to use

Assuming I'm understanding what your asking there, I would think that Windows Movie Maker would work just fine....
 
Nero Recode or Nero Vision Express will do that- if you happen to have the full version of the Nero Suite.
