So I have been looking to buy a new rig and was hoping to get some input on video cards

That's pretty much the amount of money I'm wanting to spend on a card, I'm just wondering if its the best card I could get for the cash. Also I'm curious if the power supply will be enough to power everything since I'm wanting to overclock the processor as well.

Thanks for the help in advance, and feel free weigh in on my other components as well. I just want everything to work well together.
 
I agree stay away from Raidmax Anything. Horrible crap.

What monitor and resolution will you be using when you game. I'm gonna vote for a 2gb 6950 instead of a 560 Ti they are simply better cards for the same or less money from AMD. Also if you pick the right one and you can unlock it to 1536 Shaders and overclock a little you will get a 6970 performance for the price of a 560Ti or less.
 
Thanks for the suggestions. Will a 650W PSU be enough considering Im going to overclock the CPU or is it not that big of a deal because of the draw of the other components?

Also I was thinking about going with an AMD card but I have a 8800gt now and was thinking of using it for a PhysX card. Is it even worth or does it not really have the power to make a difference? Ill be gaming a 1680x1050

I don't really have a cpu cooler in mind so I'm open to suggestions if anyone knows a good one.

Okay for only 1680 x 1050 you'll be fine with eiven a 1GB card but being that the 6950 2GB is actually faster AND cheaper than the GTX 560 Ti you linked in the OP I'd pick thast over it. If you find a cheaper 560 Ti then I'd still consider the 6950 1gb over it as it's still faster and around the same price. Anyway just my 2c on the graphics card. 650watts should be good enough for any AMD solution, nvidia on the other hand could get tricky especially if you overclock. The GTX 560 Ti pulls a hell of a lot of power when overclocked. Considering that you plan to overclock that cpu you need to keep all those things in mind. The CPU overclocked will pull around 200 or so watts. As for a cpu cooler I would recommend a Cooler Master Hyper 212+ and 2 good fans for push pull action like the ones I have (Coolermaster Excalibur 120)

Finally a 8800GT is the bare minimum recommended for PhysX and so I'd say it's not worth the trouble. I'd do PhysX when you have a better card to do that with.
