Nice scores for a laptop.

I'd go for the lowest CAS memory. In dual channel mode it doesn't matter which memory you use since the CPU is choked on a relatively slow FSB (667MHz, 5.3GB/s). Even a pair of CL3 DDR2-400 SODIMMs provide more than enough bandwidth (6.4GB/s). http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820144180 <-- example, not a good price

If you were to get a single SODIMM (I don't see any 2GB SODIMMs yet), you would want to at least match the CPU's FSB speed. That would be with a DDR2-667 SODIMM.
 
Id go for the memory with the higher bandwith, considering they have the exact same latency:

5 clocks / 667MHz = 7.5 nanoseconds
4 clocks / 533MHz = 7.5 nanoseconds
