I have a jail broken Iphone 3g. It recently started to accrue dust under the screen to the point of it being extremely annoying. I want to take it back and have it replaced but I want it to look like I didn't jailbreak it. I was just going to restore it in Itunes, but I didn't know if that would be thorough enough. Anyone have any experience on this?

well if you have more experience with the jailbreaking apps, you can build yourself an ipsw that will do a full wipe without jailbreaking it. Then when you restore to this ipsw, it'll wipe your phone clean before clean, making sure nothing is left behind if you want to be the most safe.

im not sure how to this in the latest jailbreaking tools such as pwnage and quickpwn as i ahvent used them in months, but im pretty sure there should be an option as there was in the first few releases of these apps

Agreed, perform a restore (firmware, not just data) in itunes and you'll have it back to factory in no time.
