Trend micro problem

Hello,

I have been using the Trend micro online scan for awhile now and it always worked perfectly until yesterday.

Everytime i run the scan it goes to 5% or 15% then completly freezes my computer

this happened also with my old computer but never bothered looking into it.

has this ever happened to anybody?

any info would be appreciated.

Thanks for the fast reply,

I cleared my temps files and it still froze in under 25 second.

i also tried without my zonealarm fire wall one..

not sure whats going on.
