Congradulations, you are the first person I have EVER heard of running a cmos battery out of juice. For that if you PM me your address I'll snail mail you a replacement (that is currently still in a recently fried mobo).

I actually had a cmos battery go out once on an old emachines. The clock stopped keeping time. I replaced the battery and it worked fine. Anyway, free bump!

on that replacement battery, you may have to make sure its the right one, there are different ones, 2032 is most common, but there are others around. May not make any difference, i have only had a few batteries go.
