Anyone know any programs or window extensions that allow you to view these (TGA Files from in game screenshots),,, did a google search but not sure if the programs found were worthy and plagued with spyware fun... if anyone can help... thx!

I'm pretty sure irfanview does.
I know for a fact that Graphics Workshop not only does, but it will let you convert them to .jpgs, even in batch mode.
 
Quicktime's picture viewer and Photoshop can be used to view TGA files. I use Quicktime's picture viewer.
