Ok, so finally up and running with a 3 gpu rig on awesome miner and I'm not 100% sure all 3 gpu running and was wondering how I check this? I know I'm a computer idiot and I accept this but I'm committed to this endeavor - I have 1 gigabyte 1080 which is super hot and 2 gigabyte 1080 Aorus which are pretty cool which makes me wonder if all 3 are running properly - mining at 1.01MH/s currently.

Download GPU-Z
Check the GPU load on the sensors tab for each card. Each card should be reading 100% usage

Well the others aren't detected by windows. Are they powered? Do you have the pci-e power plugged into each card? Reseat them all also.

You are most certainly not mining with all 3 cards. As others have pointed out, your windows is not detecting the other two.
 
What motherboard do you have? I had to enable "4G Decoding" in BIOS in order to see all my GPUs.
 
Definitely check your usb risers. Play around with placement until you see all 3 recognized by windows.

That board should have no issues with 3 cards.
 
The option is called "Above 4G Decoding" in the Peripherals section of the BIOS and should be Enabled. I think that's it (at least that was the setting that worked for me).
