Sys Restore not Functioning

I was able to perform a system restore to yesterday but I need to go farther back to Monday. When I tried going back to Monday the system restore will state that the operation was unsuccessful. I know there is enough space to run sys restore and all services are running (statemgr). What is happening?
 
look at the eventveiwer and then hit technet or google it.
