Not sure if this is the right place to ask but has anyone here had any experience with Sundial Micro? Reason I ask is i'm looking to purchase a couple items that so far they are the only place I can find them in stock. I've never purchased anything from them,i've gone to some review sites and they seem trustworthy.

I bought a PC-C37B from them at the end of 2008. I called them to make sure that it was actually in stock (it showed in stock on their website, but I don't remember if it was or if they had to order it in), which you might want to do, but I had no problems with them.

They are a good company. I have purchased from them a few times. Never any problems.

I used to purchase all my computer parts from new egg but lately there just not the same company any more it seems.I purchased and SSD drive from, when I opened the box the SATA data connector was broken,I sent it back for an RMA exchange and I was accused of breaking it and tampering with the serial no. and model no. stickers and refused an RMA. I have been a long time loyal customer but not anymore!

I have made many purchases from them both when I was in SoCal and not. I always call in my orders. Talk with Jennifer if you call.

Also, with regards to the Egg, I noticed a change. I always mail in my payments to them. On this last one, they lost my check for over $800 worth of stuff and I had to go to the bank and get a copy to prove to them they cashed it. A week lost to sort out their mistake. After I proved it, I cancelled the order. How do you lose my payment when I follow your mail in directions exactly and your company name, bank name and bank account number are rubber stamped on the back of my check. If I recall, did not Newegg go public with a stock sale not to long ago? I wonder if the pressure of stockholder expectations is causing them problems?
