I just built my friend a xp 3200 system and my shit is like a athlon 1.2 time to upgrade.

im looking to get one of those new 64 bit processors.is it worth it? i see a 3200 64 bit processor for 193$ on new egg

i should get 512 mb of ram or 1024?

and what motherboard should i get?
