Stuck at 235 frequency.

I have an Opteron 144 (CACJE 0605) running in an Asus A8N SLi board and I seem to be hitting a brick wall at 235 CPU Frequency with a 9x (standard) multiplyer.

Whilst this gives a rock steady 2.2 OC at 40C on the standard cooler, Im sure the Opty will go much quicker.

I dropped the multiplyer back to 4x to see if it made any difference, and it was the same, brick wall at 235. The system dosnt blue screen, or re-boot, it just freezes.
Ive looked through the OC how-to for Ath 64 CPU's but non of the terminology seems to match up to anything on the Asus BIOS.
Ive included some images of the BIOS (actually from a A8N SLi Deluxe) and the only only things Ive actually changed are the CPU Multiplyer, CPU Frequency and HT Frequency, which was dropped back to 4x. I havnt touched the memory settings since I thought my memory was fairly good?

Im fairly sure there will be a setting that Im obviously missing somewhere, but if anyone
could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

1.Your memory is unstable, therefore you need to run a divider (instead of 400 Mhz, set it lower to 333 MHz or so) , because that dual kit is not a great overclocker.

2.Your CPU is unstable, because you set the voltage to Auto. therefore you are require to put more voltages.

Btw, on CPU multiplier set it to 9x instead of AUTO.

Finally, you need to do some reading about overclocking.

use a 5/6 (333) divider and drop the HTT multi to 4x/3x
