Strange interferance?

OK, I'm using the integrated sound card on my Max3 board, the AC '97.

Recently, there has been a strange, almost interferance like, sound issue I've been having. Any time something on my computer opens, loads, sign comes up, flash image changes (like the banner at the top), i click something, or anything like that - there's some kind of warbling noise coming out of my speakers. There's very, very slight static but mostly a low warbling noise. It comes from both my tweeters and my sub.

I've checked all connections and swapped out cables, reinstalled the latest sound drivers (the 3.68 correct?) ad even tried going back to older drivers. My temps are the same as always, and nothing else seems to be acting strange.I havn't changed any hardware or software or done any overclocking or anything like that..

I can't for the life of me figure it out and was hoping you guys would be able to..
 
it sounds like theres a bit of intereference going on. are your speakers shielded? anything nearby that would contribute interferecne?
