Static IP and Domain name

Hey everybody,

Here's the deal. I have a static IP. I have a registered domain name. I currently have my domain name parked with my registar's name server.
What do I have to do to point the domain to my static IP address? I know I could go through Zoneedit.com or something and place my domain name with them to route the traffic, but is there any other way of going about it without having to place my domain with a third party?

Thanks all!

Alright, so I set up a server as a dns. What do I do when the registar for my domain states I need to identify two name servers for the domain?

You'll need to get someone to act a as secondary DNS for you. Zoneedit works well for this.
