Im currently running logitech z-560's, and love them, so i decided to upgrade the wire with 16ga high quality twisted pair wiring. Anyway, after the upgrade, there was a noticable increase in static at any volume(it remained consistent), I was wondering if it is possibly becuase the new wire increased the signal integrity, and its reflecting the true output of the sound card (SB live! 5.1), or the shittiness of the Amplifier?

Im thinking its my sound card, considering all connections are excellent, and clean, and the static sound is consistent?

Please HELP!, if you think its the sound card, please reccommend a card that will eliminate this :)

Thank you for your time, i would have searched, but its disabled!
