I need to know how to volume level 8 different cd's. They are all different levels. I know how to use Wave Hammer is SF8 and created an appropriate preset, but is there anyway to use it en masse on approx 100 songs? I can only use it on one clip at a time.

What you want to do is called normalizing.
I dunno if you can set up a script to do that or not with SoundForge, but then again I don't see why you would want to do that either.
If you ripped the files as Mp3s you can always use Mp3gain to mutilate the dynamics.
