Solid DVD burn/auth/convert program that supports multiple cpus?

Tried 4 or 5 demo versions of a few programs tonight and kinda frustrated.

Basically I want a good updated program that supports both of my CPUs for encoding and burn DVDS. I used Puma Video Converter to change the encoding on a large .AVI file and it work great, both cores @ 100%, very very fast.

However I need something with more functionality. I am trying to burn the last 9 Episodes of the Sopranos to a disk that you can pop in any DVD player, complete with menus(nothing too fancy, simple navigation).

I have found a few tools, and some are great however many dont support multithreading, and other have odd compilation options, such as forcing a 1:1 conversion, e.g. You have to watch whatever you are encoding in real time(very odd).

Others have trouble burning the disk at the end. My Lite-On 20x SATA burner has never had issues in any programs, but one of the studios I tried tonight wouldnt even recognize it.

Hope it isn;t too tall an order. :)
