I am looking for a slideshow and photo gallery application for an organization I am interning at. We have already evaluated using Picasa, Flickr and a self-hosted version of SlideShowPro with the Director addon. These are all under consideration, but my supervisor has asked me to do a larger search. I've tried HotScripts.com but haven't had much luck. I was hoping more experienced hands might be able to offer some hints.

In order from most important to least important, we need the following:
- Generate a slideshow from all images with a certain "tag" (requires that images may be tagged in the first place, and that more than one tag may be applied)
- Huge, inexpensive storage (either through self-hosting or cheap storage offers a la Picasa)
- Free or very low-cost (no subscription software or SaS)
- Professional look (does not have to be skinnable, just look good by default and not as if some fifteen-year-old MySpace user designed the interface)
- Easy to use
- Desktop app for photos and/or slideshows

Analytic tools, privacy controls and multiple user accounts with permissions are other considerations.
