Hey guys, I just recently got a external hard drive and have formatted it and its working fine. Now I want to share the files with other people on my wireless network and I can't quite figure out how to do so. I have a Linksys Wireless router if that helps. My family just wants this to share our media. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks!

Just share it as you would another folder.

Right click drive -> Properties -> Sharing -> Click the warning about sharing the root of a drive -> If it asks about running the Network wizard click you understand the risks -> Select the checkbox -> Enter a name then click OK.
