I'm an hour away from there, and my brother lives right next to the XXX Hotdog shithole on Chauncey. One of my best friend is an ASP developer over at AgIT. I know Purdue...

He probably knows my fiancee then. She's a designer over at AgCom.

And Triple XXX is the best when you're wasted. I speak from years of experience.

I never played any other game more than MK2. I played a lot of the real deal... the arcade version. Played in all their tournaments and all. Hell I was such a nut for that game I had the genesis, SNES, and 32X version.... got them in that order. Yep... you read that right. I didnt have an SNES when MK2 was first released, then of course the 32x release was late to the party. That one was pretty close to the arcade. I am thinking of buying this classics pack too. I wonder if they under estimate how many people buy it just for that figuring ah hell I get a bunch of other nostalgic crap too.

They cared about arcades a lot back then. They would add features as they went along. I don't think they had the babalities and stuff when it was first released.

I think Chun Li could whoop any MK character out there ..... :)

they should make a Mortal Kombat vs. Street Fighter game

No way man Lui Kang would hold her down and squeeze that big ol' booty of hers.

Street Fighter is not even close to being as cool as Mortal Kombat IMO.

My SNES arcade stick rapes your Sega 6 button controller in its ass.

:p
What happened, too much beer?

Sorry, but nothing can touch the Sega 6 button controller, not even some uber fancy $1,500 custom arcade cabinet joystick.

Try Purdue, guys. There's all sorts of hot girls here who find geeky guys charming. I should know... I'm marrying one of them (who, ironically, is obsessed with Sonic).
I grew up in Lafayette. Perhaps the saddest day of my life was when I went back to Frozen Custard near the park and found out new owners had changed the recipie. :( It used to be the best ice cream on earth, now it's hardly as good as McDonald's soft serve :( :( :(

I lived a few houses down from Axel Rose (he went by the name Bill Bailey back then). He's a couple years older than me so I didn't hang out with him much, but I do have a picture of him playing on my swingset when he was about 10 or 11.

I hated that fucking 6 button controller. The arcade stick I have came with the SNES I bought. I hated it at first, but the more I used it, the more ass I was able to whip with it. It's the Asciiware Super Advantage.

Actually out of all the controls for Mortal Kombat, I would say either a straight up arcade machine control or an Snes control were my 2 favorites.

The six button sega controllers were kinda crappy. Even though I had them LOL.

WHOA. I am in Indianpolis. Small world.

There seem to be more Hoosiers in this place than any other board I visit, save for IndianapolisMusic.Net.

I still say the Super Advantage rocks your face :p

Yah they should but it will never happen due to the fact that MK is made in USA and SF is made in Japan.

I could never beat Kitoro (sp?) in MK II. Not with out cheating. I should find MK II and bust out my SNES and play it agian, if I could find them.

You must have been impatient. It is just simple math. Eventually after playing and playing the odds are you win.

ROFL, I have an SNES arcade stick too, I wonder if it would work with a SNES controller adapter for PC to play MAME games.....
